Since the establishment of Outkast Panda Crew, we have helped a number of our members develop new social skills by providing a nurturing environment where everyone can be themselves. Path To Employment
We will benefit employers, especially in the vehicle maintenance trade, looking to take on staff/apprentices by building connections with our service users, who have already established an interest in vehicle maintenance, have developed some knowledge and experience through our programs and are ready to engage with the workplace, creating a sense of stability and security for both parties.
