We will benefit employers, especially in the vehicle maintenance trade, looking to take on staff/ apprentices by building connections with our service users, who have already established an interest in vehicle maintenance, have developed some knowledge and experience through our programs and are ready to engage with the workplace, creating a sense of stability and security for both parties.

From time to time, we take on small projects where we will take cars that have a few problems and fix their faults, complimenting the vehicle maintenance program. Further down the line, we plan to develop a race team and will embark on an ambitious project to build a car set up specifically for this purpose, making the necessary modifications with our service users being able to take part in track days in the car they have built.

Outkast Panda Crew has formed a tight knit community, inclusive of everyone regardless of their background. By joining our hub, young adults will be supported by our community every step of the way, forming bonds that will last a lifetime.
